1 There are always traffic jams in the city centre at rush hour when people are travelling to work and school (В центре города всегда пробки в час пик, когда люди едут на работу и в школу)
2 In my city people rely mainly on buses and the underground railway for public transport. Services usually run from around 6 in the morning to midnight. At weekends, the trains run a little later — until around 3 in the morning. I think there are also special night buses that run all night in the city centre (В моем городе люди, в большинстве, полагаются на автобусы и метро как общественный транспорт.
