To be honest, I still can’t fully wrap my head around the fact that this new place is now my permanent home. It feels surreal sometimes, but I absolutely love it here. The surroundings are peaceful, the air is fresh, and everything seems calmer than in our previous neighborhood.
Our new house is significantly larger than the old apartment we lived in. It’s a detached house, which means we finally have more space and privacy. No more noisy neighbors from upstairs or downstairs! That alone has made a huge difference. And having our own garden is such a treat. I never imagined how wonderful it would be to step outside and enjoy nature just a few steps from my kitchen door.
There’s so much to explore and do here. I’ve started spending time in the garden myself — though I still have a lot to learn! By the way, what have you been growing recently? Have you planted any new flowers or vegetables? How long does it usually take you to take care of everything? I admire how dedicated you are to your garden — you must really enjoy it! Can you believe it? I still sometimes wake up and can’t believe I actually live here now — and not just temporarily, but for good! Everything feels new and exciting. The place is beautiful, and I’ve already started to feel at home. My new house is much bigger and brighter than the flat we used to live in. There’s so much more room to move around, and it just feels more open and free.
We’ve moved from a small apartment into a detached house, and I must say, the change has been amazing. Not only do we have more space inside, but we also have our very own garden! That’s something I’ve always dreamed of. I can finally go outside, sit with a cup of tea, and enjoy the fresh air surrounded by flowers and trees. It’s incredibly peaceful. Also, not having neighbors above or below us makes everyday life much more comfortable — no more unexpected noise at night or shared walls!
By the way, I remember you mentioning that you started working on your garden too. What kind of plants are you growing now? Have you tried planting anything new this season?
